Vision
Every child develops meaningful relationships, participates and learns with the encouragement and understanding of their families, carers, educators and communities.
Noah’s Ark is a not-for-profit community organisation based in Victoria and the ACT, Australia. We offer a range of services and programs that support families who have a child (aged 0-8) with a disability or additional needs.
At Noah’s Ark we work closely with children with a disability, their families and the services they participate in. We recognise that parents are experts on their own child and we provide them with information and support that enables them to make informed decisions.
We employ more than 300 staff and deliver services to more than 3500 families across Victoria, the ACT and New South Wales.
Noah’s Ark works with families, educators and policy-makers.
We’re also leaders in our field. Noah’s Ark provides training for early childhood professionals, participates in sector events and leads policy and research in Australia and around the world.
Every child develops meaningful relationships, participates and learns with the encouragement and understanding of their families, carers, educators and communities.
To build better futures for children with disabilities and other additional needs.

In 1971, we started as the Noah’s Ark Toy Library for Handicapped Children, run by a small group of parents of children with a disability.
Noah’s Ark has always provided a friendly, informal and welcoming environment and a range of services for children with any type of disability.
Noah’s Ark is committed to improving the quality of our services through our quality assurance and customer charter.
Our Strategic Plan 2014-2017 outlines the five key strategies that will lead us to achieving our vision.
