Graduate Program

Grad intake is now open!

Join the Noah’s Ark Graduate Program and make a difference to the lives of children and families. Our program will grow your discipline specific skills and knowledge while supporting your wellbeing and work-life balance.

Noah’s Ark is a paediatric specialist organisation that provides therapy to children 0—12 years.

About the program

  • We offer bespoke supports, that are scheduled on a regular basis and also able to be accessed whenever you need, both in your graduate year and ongoing
  • We slowly build your caseload over time, tailored to your skills, knowledge and interest areas
  • We facilitate a structured 12 month induction program to guide your learning and development and ensure you’re confident and competent to achieve outcomes with children and families
  • We provide you with a team of supports for your graduate year including:
  • Supervision with your Team Leader
  • A graduate buddy
  • Ongoing access to a mentor of your discipline
  • Regular graduate workshops
  • Ongoing access to a practice coach

If you’re interested in joining one of our graduate intakes, submit your expression of interest and cover letter here.

We accept graduates of all allied health disciplines across Victoria, Albury and the ACT. If you’d like to talk more about our graduate program, please send an email to [email protected] and a member of our team will get in touch.
