The Noah's Ark Training team recently returned from 2 weeks in Singapore.
Training Manager Lou Ambrosy ran training with different teams from AWWA, a not-for-profit social service agency delivering a wide range of programmes and services. These include early intervention for pre-schoolers, education and integration support for children and adults with additional needs, social assistance for vulnerable families, and care services for seniors.
They worked together on examining the elements of the key worker role and aligning this to the vision and mission of AWWA.
