Lauren is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience working in the Early Childhood Intervention sector. Lauren currently works as Key Worker at Noah’s Ark in Canberra. Lauren has facilitated workshops related to inclusion and best practice in early childhood intervention for a range of stakeholders. She also provides mentoring in the implementation of best practice within the NDIS context.
Lauren has recently been involved in the development of resources and training to support the implementation of the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure at Noah’s Ark. She completed an Excellence in Practice Study Tour to explore the use of outcome measures and has used this knowledge in supporting changes to practice at Noah’s Ark.
Lauren is passionate about supporting people working in the early childhood sector to support parental confidence and competence in meeting their child’s developmental needs and is excited to share this with others, as a member of the Noah’s Ark training team.
