Fintan is a qualified practising insurance broker, company director and is a co-founder of Gallivan, Magee & Associates Pty Ltd. He is married with three teenage children.
Nancy first joined Noah's Ark with her daughter in the 1970s and has served on the Board over many years. She works in theatre, film and television as a writer, director and teacher. She was a founding member of West Residential Association for the Intellectually Disabled (RAID).
Prior to Noah's Ark, John spent the previous 25 years working to reduce enduring disadvantage, focusing on poverty issues. He is a fellow of the Williamson Community Leadership Program and has completed the Strategic Perspectives in Non-profit Management at Harvard Business School.
Kerry has worked extensively in the field of ECEC and ECI as a teacher and manager of programs Victoria. Kerry was the Project Manager at ACT-NOW and a Statewide Coordinator of CAMHS at the University of Melbourne. Recently, Kerry worked with the Training and Development team at the Centre for Community Child Health, Royal Children's Hospital.
Gayle manages Noah's Ark's Finance and HR departments and has more than 15 years' experience in financial management. Gayle has worked within her role at Noah's Ark for more than six years and has previously worked in the corporate sector in a financial management role.
Lou is an occupational therapist with more than 30 years' experience working with children with disabilities. She has worked alongside researchers and other professionals in the field to create the Best Practice in Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) course and coordinates the Key Worker Online Course™. Lou regularly presents at sector conferences in Australia and is passionate about pursuing the best outcomes for families of all children including those with a disability.
Jenny has managed Noah's Ark's programs in the Gippsland region for more than 15 years. Jenny trained as an early childhood teacher and worked as the director of pre-schools in North Queensland and country Victoria, including a 3-year-old reverse integration kindergarten. Jenny has two children, one of whom has a disability.
Donna has worked for Noah's Ark for more than 12 years, first as a Team Leader and a Key Worker in Werribee for seven years, then a regional manager in 2010. Donna has worked in the ECI field for 18 years, as a preschool and primary school teacher, Special Education teacher and a Preschool Field Officer.
Michele began her career as an early childhood educator with the aim of working in the disability sector. She has a Graduate Diploma in Special Education and extensive experience in ECEC and ECI both as an educator and a manager. Michele has worked for Noah's Ark since 2006.
