Vikki Morris
Vikki Morris President
Vikki is responsible for leading a team that is responsible for Sales and Sales Leadership Capability Development across Asia Pacific and Japan for Amazon Web Services. The role develops strategies to ensure that the Sales force have the right skills and proficiency to assist customers to meet their business challenges and opportunities. She has over 30 years’ experience in the technology industry and skills that span enablement, account, project, program, sales, and change management disciplines. She has worked for corporations in both Australia and the US.

Vikki is the proud mother of two wonderful children, her youngest, received services from Noah’s Ark. She is passionate about ensuring that children with disabilities receive the highest quality and contemporary care while maintaining the joy and happiness of childhood.

Fintan Magee
Fintan Magee Vice President
Fintan is a qualified practising insurance broker and was a co-founder of Gallivan, Magee & Associates Pty. Ltd. The business was acquired by Steadfast Group Ltd. (ASX:SDF) in 2013 and Fintan is now a General Manager within the public company. He is married with three older children.

Campbell is a barrister practising in the areas of native title, crime and environmental law for 30 years.
Malcolm McNab
Malcolm McNab Treasurer
Newly appointed Malcolm is a finance executive with 20 years’ investor relations and investment banking experience in Australia (with Keypath Education, Hansen Technologies, JPMorgan, and EY) and Europe (with Citi, Deutsche Bank, and Pareto Securities). Malcolm also volunteers with the Save the Children Australia Impact Investment Fund helping with fundraising considerations, investment analysis and due diligence. In addition to his professional experience, Malcolm has completed the Melbourne Business School Executive MBA (First Class Honours), is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder and has completed the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.

Robyn Briggs
Robyn Briggs Secretary
Robyn has three children; her middle child receives services from Noah’s Ark. She joins Noah’s Ark with more than 9 years’ experience in marketing and product management roles in Australia and in the UK across a range of industries. Robyn has a Bachelor of Business (Communications) with QUT.
Geoff Webster
Geoff Webster Board Member
Geoff is a chartered accountant and a Director of Webster Corporate Finance; he is a former Board President. He is married to a social researcher and has two children.

Tim Moore
Tim Moore Board member
Tim is a developmental psychologist and has had a long involvement in the provision of early childhood intervention services. Currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Community Child Health, Royal Children’s Hospital, he is a former Board President.

Nancy Black
Nancy Black Board member
Nancy first joined Noah’s Ark with her daughter in the 1970s and has served on the Board over many years. She works in theatre, film and television as a writer, director and teacher. She was a founding member of West Residential Association for the Intellectually Disabled (RAID).

Carolyn Wilson
Carolyn Wilson Board member
Carolyn has been teaching in public and private schools for over thirty years and has an ongoing commitment to inclusive education. Currently she is Assistant Principal and a classroom teacher at a large state school in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. She has three older children.
Zoe McCallum
Zoe McCallum Board member
Zoe is a Consultant General Paediatrician at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne. She currently works within the Department of Neurodevelopment and Disability. She has over two decades experience working with children and young people with intellectual or physical disability. She is passionate about supporting children and their families achieve their goals and maximise joy in their lives.

Rahima Rezai
Rahima Rezai Board member
Rahima is the President of AHWFN (Australian Hazara Women’s Friendship Network) and the Community Hub Leader at Dandenong West Primary School. She is responsible for the Community and specially women’s capabilities and provides access to social and economic opportunities that encourage their full and empowered participation in society. She has over 8 years’ experience working/volunteering in different organisations. Her capability of speaking 5 other languages other than English allowed her to make a strong relationship with other networks. Her ability to work in teams, excellent communication, strong leadership qualities let her act as the link between communities (specially CALD communities) and a range of other local authority and voluntary sector providers, such as the police, social workers, and teachers.

Rahima has 4 children, her two youngest, up until now receiving services from Noah’s Ark. She is passionate about ensuring that families and children from migrant backgrounds, with disabilities receive the best care and are aware of supports available for them while maintaining the joy and happiness of living in Australia.
Sonia Sharp
Sonia Sharp Board member
Sonia is a Partner in EY’s Workforce Advisory Practice. Prior to moving into consulting, Sonia dedicated over 30 years to public service, with 17 years as a senior executive in the UK leading education and child and family services, and most recently as Deputy Secretary for Schools and Early Years in the Victorian Government. Sonia has a background in teaching and child psychology and has been a long-term advocate for high quality, accessible and inclusive services.

John Forster
John Forster Chief Executive Officer, B.A. (Hons).
Prior to joining Noah’s Ark in 2000, John worked on issues related to poverty, including managing aged care, employment and family services.

John is a keen advocate for better services and educational outcomes for children with disabilities and their families. He has been the member of numerous government advisory bodies, including the Victorian Disability Advisory Council and the Victorian National Disability Insurance Scheme Implementation Taskforce.

John is the co-author of two books, The Key Worker, a resource for ECI professionals and Participating and Belonging: Inclusion in Practice a resource for Early Childhood Education and Care services. He has written a book chapter, articles and contributed to reports on Early Childhood Intervention.

John is a fellow of the Williamson Community Leadership Program and completed the Strategic Perspectives in Non-profit Management and Performance Measurement for Effective Management of Nonprofit Organizations courses at Harvard Business School.

One of John’s children has a disability, which keeps him focussed on the daily realities of all people participating meaningfully in the community.

Gayle manages Noah’s Ark’s Finance department and has more than 15 years’ experience in financial management. Gayle has worked within her role at Noah’s Ark for more than six years and has previously worked in the corporate sector in a financial management role.

Roxanne is the Director of Services at Noah’s Ark. Roxanne has extensive experience in Management across Government, Not For Profit, and commercial sectors in addition to being a practicing psychologist for many years.

Lou Ambrosy
Lou Ambrosy Training Manager
Lou is an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years’ experience working with children with disabilities. She has worked alongside researchers and other professionals in the field to create the Best Practice in Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) course and coordinates the Key Worker Online Course™. Lou regularly presents at sector conferences in Australia and is passionate about pursuing the best outcomes for families of all children including those with a disability.

Stephen Carberry
Stephen Carberry Coaching Coordinator
Stephen Carberry started at Noah’s Ark 10 years ago as a speech pathologist and key worker on the Tarneit (now Wyndham) Team. He was a Team Leader from 2014 – 2019, including launching Noah’s Ark’s first team outside of Victoria, in the ACT.

In 2015, he became one of Australia’s Routines-Based Interview Certified Trainers, after developing an interest in understanding best practice in authentic assessment and collaborative goal development. Since 2019, Stephen has been able to extend his enthusiasm for implementation of recommended practices as a Practice Coach. Child and family outcomes drives his motivation to support key workers maintaining their fidelity to the Noah’s Ark Model™.

Jane Tinkler
Jane Tinkler Operations Manager of Quality & Service Delivery
Jane trained as an Occupational Therapist after realising that supporting people to be able to dream and achieve was an option for a career. Jane is passionate about supporting children with disabilities, their families and communities. This passion led her to join Noah's Ark in 2007 because of the alignment of the organisation's values with her own.

Seeing children and families achieve life changing outcomes in her time as a Key Worker, and her 14 years as Team Leader of the Noah’s Ark Albury and Wangaratta teams, has led Jane to focus on high quality service delivery for children, families and staff of Noah’s Ark so that the best outcomes can be achieved, and each child, family and staff member, have the opportunity to maximise their potential. Jane brings her knowledge of service delivery on the ground and integrates this with the best available evidence in her role as Operations Manager of Quality & Service Delivery.

Lauren Falconer
Lauren Falconer Operations Manager, South East and North
Lauren has worked at Noah's Ark since 2015, commencing as a key worker in our ACT team. Lauren was drawn to work at Noah's Ark because of the organisation's commitment to working in partnership with caregivers to support children and families in their everyday routines and environments. Lauren has held a variety of roles including as a Project Worker supporting the NDIS transition, Team Leader and most recently, Acting Operations Manager.

Lauren finds the greatest satisfaction in her work when coaching others to achieve the outcomes that are important to them. She brings passion to her current role, supporting Team Leaders and Practice Coaches to lead their teams to providing a quality, responsive and evidence-based service to children and families. Lauren enjoys the implementation of new and innovative approaches and is always focused on ways we can continue to improve the way we work with children and families. Lauren is well placed to support staff and the organisation to deliver service to families in a flexible way, following her experience working remotely via telehealth while travelling around Australia.

Michelle Kenny
Michelle Kenny Operations Manager of Services in the North Western Region
Michelle has worked as a Speech Pathologist within the disability sector for over 25 years, and with Noah’s Ark as an employee since 2006. Prior to this she was member of the local Noah’s Ark Toy Library Committee as a volunteer. She has been in involved with the Bendigo Team as a Project Worker, Team Leader and Key Worker and now Operations Manager of the North Western Region.

Michelle’s commitment to providing functional, practical and evidence-based support as a practitioner, and working on the things that are important to the child and family, have provided her with extensive knowledge in delivering a quality flexible service. She enjoys being able to guide practitioners in their career aspirations, supporting them to identify their strengths and interests, and increasing their commitment to the sector that she has been dedicated to for many years.

Building awareness of inclusion within the wider community and increasing the capacity of the community to support people with disabilities underpins Michelle’s commitment to her work. She has forged partnerships with community groups locally, but also through opportunities to connect with communities overseas from providing Inclusion training in Malaysia to frontline health volunteering in Kenya.
Liz Chung
Liz Chung Operations Manager, South West
Following a background in technology and virtual environments, Liz changed career paths to follow her desire to positively impact children’s participation opportunities and became a Speech Pathologist. She joined Noah’s Ark in 2018 as a Key Worker then as the Team Leader for the Wyndham then Maidstone teams. Previously working within the school system, she says she was drawn to Noah’s Ark based on the opportunity to work with children in preparation for school and to support them holistically through their schooling years.

Her passion is around child voice and using technology to support social inclusion whilst working with children to focus on what is important to them. She is particularly interested in balancing service delivery with innovation, and supporting team members to feel confident with new and exciting opportunities that benefit the families Noah’s Ark works with.
